About Me
My name is Timur Tumajev. I’m a rehabilitation specialist and manual therapist.
I work with people who experience pain, limited mobility, or are recovering from injuries and surgeries. I help restore movement to the body — and confidence to the person.
My approach is rooted in clinical reasoning, deep respect for the body, and personal experience. I know what it means to lose your foundation and start over. After an amputation, I went through the rehabilitation journey myself.
This isn’t just a story — it’s my foundation. I truly understand what people go through.

My story
My personal experience of injury and life with a prosthesis became the starting point in my journey into rehabilitative medicine.
A deep desire to understand how the body works, adapts, recovers, and restores function led me to intensive study and years of hands-on practice.
I completed comprehensive professional training in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports medicine. From the very beginning, I applied everything I learned to my own body — observing how each method works in real life, not just in theory.
This is how my approach was born:
🔹 Systematic
🔹 Clinically grounded
🔹 And always personalized to the individual
It combines manual and neuromuscular therapy with functional training that helps the body regain stability and control.
Today, I continue to move actively and train.
This isn’t the exception — it’s proof that smart, thoughtful rehabilitation is not just about recovery.
It’s a path to a full, vibrant life.

What I Do
I specialize in restorative treatment of the musculoskeletal system, using gentle manual techniques and my signature method — musculoskeletal rebalance: a structured approach to healing and strengthening the body.
🎯 My mission is to restore harmony and freedom of movement, and help each person feel whole, grounded, and strong again.
I don’t use aggressive manipulations or forceful adjustments.
My work is a mindful, body-centered process that:
✔ restores balance
✔ relieves pain
✔ helps prevent injuries
My goal is to help your body remember how to move correctly and without pain,
build strength and joint stability, and develop control through functional movement training.
This is not just a path to physical health —
it’s a journey toward inner comfort and confidence.

💼 Experience
Since 2014, I’ve worked in London as a rehabilitation specialist, helping clients restore mobility, recover from injuries, and reconnect with their bodies.
Since 2019, I’ve been in private practice in Tallinn, working individually with clients using modern therapeutic methods and my own system of recovery.
💬 My Personal Path to Recovery
After an amputation, I went through my own rehabilitation — step by step — applying everything I had learned to myself.
I know what it’s like to learn to walk, move, and live again. That’s why my methods are not only clinically sound — they are deeply human.
I don’t just treat — I’ve walked this path myself.
