Musculoskeletal rebalance

Musculoskeletal rebalancing is a comprehensive approach designed to restore balance between muscles, joints, and movement patterns, improve posture, and reduce pain.

Often, the problem is not caused by a single muscle or joint, but by dysfunction within the entire movement system.

When is musculoskeletal rebalancing appropriate?

Back, neck, or lower back pain

 Poor posture and postural imbalances

 Chronic muscle tension

 Restricted mobility and movement limitations

 Discomfort following injury

Physical strain from sports or prolonged sitting

 Recurring problems that keep returning

A feeling of stiffness, imbalance, or discomfort in the body

How it works

During the session, I assess your posture, movement patterns, muscle balance, and the way your body functions as a whole.

Based on this assessment, the treatment focuses on restoring optimal interaction between muscles, joints, and movement patterns, helping your body move more freely, efficiently, and comfortably.

Depending on your individual needs, the following techniques may be used:

● Posture and movement pattern assessment

● Muscle testing

● Post-isometric relaxation (PIR)

● Trigger point therapy

● Myofascial techniques

● Gentle joint mobilization

● Muscle energy techniques (MET)

● Neuromuscular correction techniques

● Correction of muscle imbalances

● Individually tailored corrective exercises

How is musculoskeletal rebalancing different from osteopathy and manual therapy?

My goal is not simply to temporarily reduce pain or straighten posture.

Instead, I focus on identifying the underlying causes of movement dysfunction, muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, and postural changes in order to help the body move more freely, efficiently, and comfortably.

Traditional manual therapy

Often focuses primarily on reducing pain and restoring mobility

Manual techniques are the main treatment tool

Treatment is commonly centered on a specific area of discomfort

The client often remains a passive participant in the process

Results may require ongoing maintenance sessions

Answers to your questions before booking

🟢 Is it painful? No. I use gentle hands-on techniques without aggressive manipulations or forceful adjustments. Most clients experience relaxation and improved comfort during the session rather than pain. 🟢 How many sessions will I need? It depends on your individual situation. Some people notice significant improvement after just 1–2 sessions, while long-term or more complex issues may require additional treatment. 🟢 Will I feel a difference after the first session? In most cases, yes. Many clients notice reduced tension, improved mobility, and greater comfort after their first appointment. 🟢 How is this different from massage? Massage primarily focuses on muscles and soft tissues. Musculoskeletal rebalancing takes a broader approach by addressing muscles, joints, movement patterns, and overall body mechanics. The goal is not only to reduce symptoms but also to improve how the body functions as a whole. 🟢 Do you adjust or "crack" the spine? No. I do not perform forceful spinal manipulations or aggressive adjustments. The focus is on restoring normal function through gentle techniques, movement assessment, and improving the balance between muscles and joints. 🟢 Are there any contraindications? Yes, as with any form of therapy. Before treatment, I assess your condition and identify any factors that may require modifications or precautions to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate. 🟢 What should I bring to the appointment? Comfortable clothing and a positive attitude. Everything else is provided on-site. 🟢 Do I need to do exercises? Yes. When appropriate, I provide simple, individualized exercises to help maintain the results and support long-term improvement.
